Drain cleaning A variety of attachments are used to clean a wide range of materials from all sizes of storm water and sewerage pipes, root cutting in 4 and 6 inch pipes, internal tank wash downs and culverts. Volume blasting
A unique gun is used to deliver a high volume of water at low pressure to clean railway wagons, heavy build-up on beams, drill rigs, large floor areas, plant wash downs, blockages in large piping and pipe flushing.
Pipe ferreting
A variety of nozzles are used to clear and flush blockages in pipes from 50mm to 1 metre. This is done by rear firing jets on the nozzle on the ferret hose, which is connected to a hydraulic reel. This allows the ferret to pull itself through the pipe and the hydraulic reel is used to retract the hose bringing all of the material in the pipe with it. This material can then be collected and disposed of. The volume unit can be used in conjunction with the vacuum unit to safely and efficiently remove any waste and dispose of it in an environmentally friendly manner. This is an ideal way of keeping storm water drains clear to allow storm water to run unrestricted in the wetter months. Ferreting is a cost effective way of clearing pipes when compared with replacing the pipes or removing them from their current location for cleaning. |
